Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Dan & Phil merch, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
